What exactly do I get?
The guide as a PDF, to download straight after you pay, and a plan to print and keep. Your receipt comes by email from Whop, who handle the payment. No app to install.
Can I buy it for my parents?
Yes. Use your own email, then forward the PDF or print the plan and take it round. Most people read it together.
Can I share it with my family?
Yes, within your household and family. Please do not post it publicly.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Most of the plan is habits: a question you agree in person, a number you save, a call you make back. The few technical parts are marked, so you can pass them to whoever in your family looks after the Wi-Fi.
Why does it cost money?
A price means the research is paid for, and you are more likely to read it. We do not sell your address, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Can I get a refund?

That is fine. The guide is written in English for readers anywhere. The habits work in every country; only the numbers you call are different, and the guide lists where to report fraud.
