Refunds

If the guide is not useful to you, email hello@vploq.com within 14 days of buying it and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days. You do not need to give a reason. This applies wherever you live and does not affect your legal rights.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to hello@vploq.com from the email address you used to buy the guide.
2. Include the receipt number from your Whop receipt, if you have it. If you do not, your email address is enough for us to find the order.
3. We confirm by email and refund through Whop, our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the money can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Please ask us first rather than disputing the payment with your bank. We refund faster, and a dispute costs both of us time.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK, EU and EEA)

If you live in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase. We do not ask you to give that right up, so you keep it, even though the guide is available to download straight away.

Our own promise above gives the same 14 days to everyone, wherever you live, and you do not need to give a reason.

Faulty or not as described

If the file does not open, is incomplete or is not what we described, tell us and we will send a working copy or refund you. This is in addition to the promise above and to your statutory rights.

United States and other countries

The same refund promise applies to buyers everywhere, including where the law does not require a right to cancel.
