Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy The Family Safety Plan on plan.vploq.com. They are written to be read, not to catch you out. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
1. Who sells the guide
InTallyCon Development FZCO, DDP, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”), the company behind vploq. Contact: hello@vploq.com. Company details are on the imprint page.
2. What you buy
A digital guide in PDF format, The Family Safety Plan, with nine chapters, about 40 pages and a printable plan. It is general information about personal and family security. It is not legal, financial or professional advice for your particular situation, and it cannot guarantee that you will never be targeted by fraud.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars on the page before you pay. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Whop, which may also collect and pay the tax on our behalf. Your card statement shows WHOP*VPLOQ GUIDE. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
4. When the contract is made
The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You receive a receipt by email from Whop.
5. Delivery
The guide is available to download straight after payment. If you cannot download it, write to us and we will send it the same working day.
6. Right to cancel and refunds
If you live in the UK, the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days to cancel. We do not ask you to give that right up, so you keep it even after you have downloaded the guide. On top of that, everyone gets our own promise: if the guide is not useful to you, email us within 14 days and we refund the full amount, no reason needed. Details are on the refunds page.
7. What you may do with the guide
You may read it, print it, and share it with your own household and family, including the printable plan. Please do not publish it, sell it, upload it publicly or share it outside your family. All rights in the guide remain with us.
8. Our responsibility
We take care that the guide is accurate as of its edition date and we correct errors we are told about. Scams and technology change quickly, so some details may go out of date. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to hello@vploq.com. One of the two founders reads it, and we aim to answer within 2 working days.
10. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, where we are based. Whatever law applies, if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
